1. Who Can Hike. Players on Hikingx.top must be at least 13. Younger adventurers are welcome with a parent or guardian.
2. What's Allowed. Every game here is free to play, right in your browser, no account and no download required. Take as many trails as you like.
3. Trail Etiquette. Be considerate. Don't attempt to overload the site, disrupt other visitors, or use automated tools to scrape or hammer the servers.
4. Off-Limits Areas. You may not copy, repackage, or sell any game or content from this site. You also may not attempt to access private or non-public parts of the site.
5. The Games. Games belong to their developers and are offered here for your enjoyment. We can't promise that any single title will stick around forever or work on every device, but we do our best to keep the trail clear.
6. Ownership. The Hikingx.top name, design, and text are ours; each game remains the property of its developer. Using the site grants you no ownership rights.
